Software registration

When the software launch by the developer for the End user to uses the software it needs some information of the End user for their registration of the software.

The software asks the basic information of the End user following below.

  •  “Email address” to the send the notification and their updates of the software.
  •  “Check the tick mark” for I agree of your terms and condition of the software.
  •  To read their “privacy and policy” of the software.
  •  Name, Gender,  Address, alternate address, Mobile number, Pin code / Zip code / Tin code, State, City, etc.

As the software want your information according to which type of the software.

Software Activation

Activation of the software is when your software needs some update or some functions are not gives the permission to the End User uses their software before activate their product or some modules are closed by the software automatically then software needs the activation to work properly and uses full version of the software.

  • Activation of the software also you can say the increase the validity of the software.
  • When you purchase the software it already have their activation key to activate the software as company gives the time period of the software.
  • For Example: 6 months, 1 year, 15 months, 18 months etc. as the company gives the time period with the activation of the software.

Can a software be a demo version for the end user?


Yes, it is true some companies develop a software based demo version available for the end user.

The end user gets satisfied with the application demo version to use few options but some time period limitation uses all options.

The company provides mostly 15 to 30 days of use all options for the end user to their services for free in the form of offers.

The end user uses their service if the end user likes their given services on the demo version application then they want to be ready for purchasing the full version of application software.

The company provides a demo version because they want to advertise their services for free to review and like their services provided by the company to the end user on their supportive computer or laptop or smartphone devices.

For example:- a microsoft company provides IDE software which has a name vs 2019 to develop an application which provides limitation of demo version to use for 15 to 30 days as vs 2019 software microsoft company provides to the developers. Then they need to purchase otherwise all option has been block after their given time period on the IDE software.
