What is Object Oriented Database Management System (OODBMS)? Explain briefly?

The OODBMS explain by the following points.

It is Object based Database system.
It is oriented by Oops concept which is stands for Object oriented programming system.
In this database able to create classes, object and data structure etc.
It also follows hierarchical database model concept in the pictorial representation.
In the database model parent classes and child classes are available in the data model.
In this model the solid lines are represents classes and sub classes link together.
In this model the dotted lines are represents attributes of classes.
This database concept follows the polymorphism and inheritance.
