In the business field the computer does so many works. In the sector of IT professionals they increase their business smoothly who wants to increase their traffic on the company. Some points are casual uses business man for their company to increase it.

i) They advertise their company.

ii) Promotion of the company.

iii) Advertise of their products.

iv) Get socializes using social Medias.

v) Increases good product quality to convince the customer and make trust through video chat instantly.

vi) Risk management with financial.

vii) Time Management of the particular work.

According to the computer to affects their business organization the main points are given below:

1. Inventory Control

A business earns profit unless it maintains a detailed account of the inflow and outflow of the products or goods. The main purposes of the good inventory control system are:

i) To keep the investment on inventory at a minimum so that funds are made available for more productive uses, thereby avoiding borrowing and consequent loss on interest.

ii) To make sure that items are available as and when required.

iii) To minimize losses on account of obsolescence, deterioration and excessive stocking.

iv) To bring down maintain the cost of production and maintenance of equipment’s by optimizing resources.

v) To maintain proper records for costing and accounting purposes.

2 Financial systems

i) Financial systems is one that deals with transaction of money among different organizations or individuals.

ii) The must be divided into Financial accounting and Management accounting.

3. Inventory and Investment control

Spreadsheet software for example: - excel for the analysis of investment, inventory control, preparation of budgets.

4. Accounting

Accounting program are used for data entry, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory control, sales analysis, tax calculation, pay roll preparation, auditing, budget analysis and so many works related to accounting purpose.

5. Investment analysis

i) Computers are used for analysis of investment for maximum returns.

ii) Many companies issues shares, debentures etc.
