Introduction of data cables Data cable is an important part of computer network model . From smartphone to supercomputer connections and wide range network uses and network models. It helps in network model in different types of topology models also. But we discuss what exactly called a data cable? How it is working with network model? Why these data cables are so important? In this guide, I will provide some information about the definitions, types, uses of data cables on network model with easy explanation of data cable covered topics. What is data cable? [Definition] A data cable is a wire that can transfer the data from one to another computer system. It connects to the ports available on the computer system. The user can transfer the data from one computer to another data cable connection. If two computers are connected then:- In according to data cable male port:- Port 1:- the male port of data cable is used to receive the data from the sender computer. Port 2:- th...

What are computer peripherals?

What are computer peripherals?

The peripherals of a computer system are the devices of the cpu cabinet to connect it through the port available on the motherboard or PCB of the computer.

The peripherals are additionally contacted to the computer generally outside of the cabinet of CPU on the desktop computer and internal and common peripherals are necessary to connect with the cpu cabinet of the computer system.

The peripherals are used to store the database in the memory space of the computer system.

The input peripherals are used for sending the input instructions to the cpu in the form of information to perform an action on the computer.

The output peripherals are used to provide the output data after responding to the given input instructions to the computer system.

Introduction to the computer system related topic and the topic is following below here:

What are computer peripherals?

Let's discuss the computer system related topic is mentioned above and the explained following below here:

What are computer peripherals?

There are some points on the computer system and the computer peripherals related to the topic of "What are computer peripherals?" following below here:

What are computer peripherals?

  • The computer peripherals are used to perform input data sent to the computer
  • Computer peripherals operate the operating system through the input peripherals
  • Computer peripherals stores the data also
  • Computer peripherals provide the output data to the end user

Let's discuss the points above about the computer system and computer peripherals related to the topic of "What are computer peripherals?" explanation following below here:

The computer peripherals are used to perform input data sent to the computer

The peripherals of a computer system are used to provide the input data to the computer system.

It is depends on the operating system or application software because the operating system or application software is used to take the input data given by the end user on the computer to computed by the application software or operating system function and program that apply to compute and solve the problem for the end user after processing the input value to provide the output data through the output peripherals of the computer system.

The input peripherals are used to provide the input value to the program of operating system if the end user using the particular form of tool application software on the computer system such as the user sends the instructions to open or run the selected file on the operating system then the program of operating system perform on the given instructions to the operating system to open and shows the interface of file after open it on the display form on the monitor output device of the computer system.

Computer peripherals operate the operating system through the input peripherals

Computer peripherals operate the operating system through the input peripherals to perform an action on the computer system to show the interface output response on the monitor output device.

The input peripherals are used to operate the operating system when the user opens the menu option. It is open and controlled or operated by the input device of the computer such as mouse input device is used to select and open the option given on the design interface of the operating system showing on the monitor output device.

The peripherals of the computer system to operate all the options on the operating system such as controlling system, settings, update interface, install or uninstall application software, play games of operating system etc.

Computer peripherals stores the data also

Computer peripherals store the data also that means the storage device is used to connect in the cabinet of the CPU of the computer to provide the space of memory to install the operating system and application software and save the file of application software and operating system.

The user also saves their personal database on the permanent memory device known as the storage peripheral of the computer system.

The storage device peripherals additionally can be connected through the USB port available outside of the cabinet of CPU and store more file and database of the user as a personal.

If the user's computer has a permanent memory storage device can be damaged by the viruses which loses the data which is important for the user. The user can store the important database into the additional flash drive storage device such as pendrive, memory card, CD, DVD, portable HDD or SSD etc. These are also called storage peripherals of computer systems.

Computer peripherals provide the output data to the end user

Computer peripherals provide the output data to the end user that means the output peripherals are used to provide the output date to the end user from the computer system through the application software or operating system depending on the use for the end user.

The output data is a very important part of the computer system for the end user from the application software or the operating system because it is a response from the operating system or application software when the user gives some input instructions to the application software or operating system or system software on the computer system through their input peripheral.

The program from the application software or operating system or system software computes the input value and processes them to provide the output data to the end user as a solution for the end user which is important for the end user though the output peripheral such as speaker output device, printer, monitor output device, touch screen etc. Every different type of output peripherals provide different types of output data such as the printer provides us a hardcopy of the image or document page and the speaker provides the sound or audio data which is used to listen and then understand the data.

how the track ball is differ from the mouse and joystick

What are the differences between trackball, mouse and joystick devices? The differences are according to the track ball device verse mouse and joystick Trackball The track ball is a pointing device which contains a ball over the device or above the device. The track ball is a statics device that cannot move from one place to another. The track ball gives you a stability to use the device without moving the whole and just move the ball or roll the on the device. It uses as input device that depends on finger and thumbs only to moves the ball. It is slower than mouse due to cause the dependency the finger and thumb to move the ball to track the path of the pointer. What is trackball used for? The trackball is an input device which is used to provide 2 dimensions to move the ball over the device the ball is attached to. The trackball is used to move the pointer of the operating system where the ball is moved according to the position of the 2 dimensions x and y axis on the...
