Some instructions and data have not any authority to store by the user such as instructions on the register memory, cache memory, RAM etc. This type of memory cannot allow the user to store the instructions by the user it is programmed by the operating system to store according to the process algorithm of the micro programming of the CPU and operating system programming algorithm.
