Application software is group program analysis of the data and detecting the problem which is used to complete the specific task on the computer system of the end user.

For example:- When the user wants to protect the computer system from the malicious files then the end user needs to install the antivirus application software to protect from the malicious files.

Application software solves specific tasks on the computer system that means the application software is only made for solving the specific problem of the user permanently or temporarily on the computer system.
