Once the user deletes the file from the recycling bin folder then it is not able to be retrieved from the storage device without recovery application software.

Once the user deletes the data from the document and it is not saved currently then the user can undo or bring back again the deleted data on the document file by pressing the "Ctrl + z" button combination on the document application software.
