Database is used to apply some query language and commands to process the data in the application or website basically that means the query language is used to process the data when the user apply some commands on the data to define, manipulate and control the data on the database file such as (create, alter, drop), (select, delete, update, insert) and (grant, revoke, deny) respectively from the sql commands on the relational database from the MS-sql or Mysql etc.

The database is used to process the data using the different types of command to provide the processed data in the application software or website, web application etc.

The table is made up of the combination of the record or tuple or row and their attributes or fields or columns or properties etc. in the database file which is known as relational database file or table name on the database server application for application development or website development or network OS or OS or web application etc.

The website uses the relational database to verify the username and password otherwise the user cannot open their account on the website server to use their services available on the website on their computer system or smartphone depending on the use of services on the internet.

Here the CREATE command is used to define the database file and the table is a part of the CREATE command and provides the table with the mentioned table name. The underscore sign is used to separate the table name which is “sales product” and the semicolon is used to end the whole statement of the sql create command to define the database file. Similarly the drop is used to delete the file of the database which has been created by the sql create command.

Database is used to manipulate the data using DML on the database file that means the DML is used to manipulate the data in the table which is known as the database file to process the data and feed the new data into the record of the database file or table which is used to feed into the records and attributes on the database file.

The database is used to manipulate the data using the “insert” is used to feed the data into the record, “delete” command is used to delete whole record, “update” is used to change the attributes data to the designated tuple or record, “select” is used to display and designate the whole record and their attributes of the data into the database file.

For example:- The select command of DML from ms sql is used to display the record which is used to be designated by the key attribute which is applied on the unique attribute containing the data which is not equal to the other attribute of record in the database file.

Such as:- SELECT table table_name;

It is the command of DML to display the data of a database file and show all the types of records on the database server application.

The SELECT table table_name,

Where ID = 4;

Then this select command uses the clause to apply the condition on the primary key which is known as key attribute on the database file.

The “ID = 4” is the condition applied on the key attribute or primary key to designate the record to display or see the record detail of any person or object or subject records or tuples depending on the key attribute.


Database is used to control the data using DCL commands on the application or website

Database is used to control the data using dcl commands on the application or website that means the dcl command is used to control the data which feeded in the database file and this database file is used to security model to process the data into the database file using dcl command such as grant, revoke and deny from the MS-SQL database programming language for application software security protection of the user database on the user account to verify the user database which is unique from the database file from the every record and used the username and password which is used to process the data and the data is held from the dcl command to verify the data of username which is used to process the data using the grant command to verify the username when the user enters the username into the text box of the security interface design layer on the application software, it is execute the layer when user enters to open the user account and security layer is used to displays on the screen and provide the protection to verify the data username and password on the application software or web application or operating system or network OS or website etc.
