The database is used process for specific task for the application software to provide the program of query language to process the data for the user to give output data after processing the input data from the input device of the computer system and application software takes input data for processing with different types of data such as text, numerical, special characters etc is used stores in the cell of the database.

In the database file the data is created using the query language program that apply on the data, to manipulate the data such as update, change, insert data into the cell of the database and control the data for protection of the account user database to create a layer of protection of the database using the security data for verification of the database to granted the permission to the user to access the account database on the database servers application.

The database is used to provide the data to the user and information when the user accesses the server of the database to access their personal information is stored into the database online and no need to store on the mobile devices memory or the computer system memory storage. It just can access the database from the particular portal of the website by the client user online on their client server using the mobile devices or computer system with network devices. Where the network device can be a server of the website or client user to access any portal of the website through the web browser application software.

Limitations is a term that does not work for giving some output to the user such as a database providing some retrieve function through the query operation on the data.

Hierarchical database cannot connect with the first class of parents node 

Hierarchical database cannot connect with the first class of the parent node such as grand parent entity or parents entity is used to connect with their child entity on the structure of the hierarchical structure of the database and child entity cannot connect with the directly to the grand parent entity because it has a parent entity to connect to make a sequence for top to bottom approach on the database architecture of the hierarchical structure.

Hierarchical databases cannot connect to child entities due to lack of property to connect with the hierarchical database model.

Hierarchical database models only follow in the top to bottom direction to add their entity which makes lack of space to add the database by adding more entities on the particular model of hierarchical database.


Centralized Database cannot distributed to all server

Centralized database cannot distributed to all server because it has a particular place and database that controlled by many at a particular place which is connected to one database of the particular organisation or company to provide the database to accessed by the many servers according to the management of the server of access to the user during the damage condition of the server and the remaining server can work to access database which is centralised at one place to connect with the client server or client user through the computer system or mobile device when the user want to access their database which is saved into their centralized database.

For example: The company provides cloud space to the user to purchase it and the user purchases the database to store their personal database by registering their account. So there are two types of databases: a personal database which is stored by the user into purchased free space and an account database which is stored during the registration of the account by the user on their database.

These two types of database are categorised by the personalised database and purchased database and are stored in the centralized database but accessed by the two types of server where the personalised database server to access personalised database and registration for client server database in the centralized database.

If the database loses the memory device which is connected to servers to provide free space then the company can be in the lose condition due to damages of the database.

So, the centralized database is highly protected with many types of security procedure or security layers over the database. 


Distributed database is cannot be more secured

Distributed Database cannot be highly protected because it is distributed to other server and memory devices that are connected to the different servers of the particular website portal and provide a database from any server and with the accessing of another database which is distributed from the other server.

The distributed database has no centralized memory that can access the main server.

There are so many databases and servers that distribute the database to each other and cannot be highly protected.

If the developer applies the high protection on every database which is distributed then it can be slow to access the database and low speed to access the database for processing such as retrieving the database, manipulation of the database and control of the database etc.

Distributed databases are flexible into many servers that are provided to the client server user who uses the computer system with the network device or mobile device.

The distributed database can be distributed into many servers which are used to provide the database again to access any servers if one has damaged the database and servers then the second will be used to provide the database to the client user on their server such as mobile device or computer system with internet service using the network device.

The database is distributed to make quick accessibility by the client user who has their personal database to access it when the user needs to download any time anywhere on their mobile devices or on the computer system.
