what is data cable? Types of cables, uses of data cables, importance of data cable explained!

Introduction of data cables Data cable is an important part of computer network model . From smartphone to supercomputer connections and wide range network uses and network models. It helps in network model in different types of topology models also. But we discuss what exactly called a data cable? How it is working with network model? Why these data cables are so important? In this guide, I will provide some information about the definitions, types, uses of data cables on network model with easy explanation of data cable covered topics. What is data cable? [Definition] A data cable is a wire that can transfer the data from one to another computer system. It connects to the ports available on the computer system. The user can transfer the data from one computer to another data cable connection. If two computers are connected then:- In according to data cable male port:- Port 1:- the male port of data cable is used to receive the data from the sender computer. Port 2:- th...

Explain list of components of the text data useful for offline study part 5

Included tables in the documents

Introduction of the tables in the document or eBooks

What are the advantages of the tables?

What are the disadvantages of the tables?

Let's discuss about the topics of offline study at home without any internet connectivity on the computer system part 5

Included tables in the documents

Introduction of the tables in the document or eBooks

The table is a static data show in the form of text in the boxes.

The table is also known as sheets.

Table is a type of structure which is used to show the data in the boxes.

The data written in the boxes is known as the cells of the table.

The cell of the table is the combination of the row and columns in the tables.

The rows of the table are known as attributes, characteristics and properties of the record in the table.

There are so many attributes or properties of the records given in the tables.

Table has a border which is used to make the bold structure of the table.

The border of the tables are used to separate the structure of data written in attributes or columns.

The border is used to make alignment of the tables to show the data or information is meaningful and beautiful.

It gives a professional look of the document by using the perfect size of the table in the page of the document.

Record is known as the row of the table.

Records have so many properties which are written in the cell of the tables, where the properties are known as attributes or characteristics of the record.

Records are generally known as objects in real life and their properties are known as the attributes or characteristics of the object in the records.

You can use the numbering system in the table to show the counting method to easily find records in the table.

The table describes information in the different types of categories of the record of the object in the table.

The table is known as relational database management system which is to show information in the consistency of the data or information by using few words to describe information about the object records.

In the table you can store different types of the data such as number, digits, expressions, decimals, binary code written, decoded words and encoded words etc.

You can describe the text data of the object in the quantity by using numbering data types in the table.

What are the advantages of the tables?

Text table data shows a static view to quickly find data or information of the object.

Table is mostly used to store the reports of the object and any types of database with their attributes.

Table describes all types of data and information as you can express the type of variety about the object.

You can add so many properties about the object in the record of the rows in the table.

You can add formulas to calculate the data in the integer form such as sum of the two numbers and total of the sum result.

You can store logical data in the different categories in the column of the rows which is known as attributes of the records in the logical values.

You can filter your data in the particular attribute section of the columns.

You can sort the data according to the alphabets in the columns of the table.

You can sort in the numerical method by counting the serial wise, where the sorting method in the table is known as decreasing order and increasing order of the record data.

You can merge columns to show the property of the two or more two attributes are the same in the merge cell attribute value, where the value is the data written in the cell or box of the table.

You can create a group of the record in the table which is used to show a major category of the record in the relation of the table.

You can create a table in the portrait and landscape format which gives you better looks in the document for perfect information shares and easily to understand in the page of the document.

What are the disadvantages of the tables?

You cannot create data integrity in the table attributes or columns for explaining the atomic level of the data.

When you give a long description of the object or record of any topics you can use only consistent words for explaining the property of the object, if you are using light words for explaining in the description, it is boring to read the data or information about the object.

Do not make a long table in the document because it takes a long time to learn information and understand.

Do not mix the color combination in the cell value because it affects your data for understanding the same color of the data value in the cell.

Do not use different text formats in the different types of every cell of the value because it makes a distraction for understanding the data in the table.

Do not use different alignment in every value of the cell because it looks improper data in the discipline and it seems ugly data to understand in the table.

Do not use thick borders which also seems poor value of the table database and information about the topic.

Do not make short cells in the size of the record because the value of the cells does not seem properly in the table. Hence the table has low value data.

Do not take a random size text format of the value in the cell it seems like waste text data in the table.

Do not make a gap between two cells. It looks like poor data in the table of cells.

Do not take a meaningless attribute name, it gives a bad impact to the readers.

how the track ball is differ from the mouse and joystick

What are the differences between trackball, mouse and joystick devices? The differences are according to the track ball device verse mouse and joystick Trackball The track ball is a pointing device which contains a ball over the device or above the device. The track ball is a statics device that cannot move from one place to another. The track ball gives you a stability to use the device without moving the whole and just move the ball or roll the on the device. It uses as input device that depends on finger and thumbs only to moves the ball. It is slower than mouse due to cause the dependency the finger and thumb to move the ball to track the path of the pointer. What is trackball used for? The trackball is an input device which is used to provide 2 dimensions to move the ball over the device the ball is attached to. The trackball is used to move the pointer of the operating system where the ball is moved according to the position of the 2 dimensions x and y axis on the...
