How to developer collect the detailed requirement improvement their database design?

The design of database is very important part of the database. Some database application wants to update with new features for users. So the developers create an interface for user to gives their feedback on their application. Some developers create a survey for their application to better understand of the user requirement. They collect the information by the user from the survey or feedback given by the user and then analysis their statement or collected data.

Some user gives the negative feedback and positive statement. So the developer understands both the negative and positive feedback. In a positive feedback users want to use an additional type of feature in an application. In a negative feedback also can considers and handle as a problem in an application.
