How are input devices works ?
Data and instructions are entered into a computer through input devices. An input device first converts desired input data and instructions into a suitable binary form of 0 & 1 and then stores it into the cache memory for waiting mostly then it will ready to execute to the CPU Central Processing Unit.
Mouse input device
It is used to input instructions to the CPU for processing and aspects output from the monitor or according to any type of command.
When we click the left button, the mouse input device generates a digital signal and it sends it to the port of the CPU.
The CPU receives a digital signal from the port which comes from the mouse input device which is in the form of 0&1 known as Binary number form.
Mouse uses to operate any type of operating system which is in the GUI form where GUI stands for Graphical User Interface form of an operating system.
Without GUI Graphical User Interface form you cannot be able to use a mouse input device on the computer system.
Joystick input device
Joystick is used to play games.
Joystick devices are also mechanical devices such as to change gears, control direction of an air jet etc.
Mostly the joystick used in the racing games.
Joysticks have so many keys or buttons that appear on the stick of the joystick device.
Joystick device is also used in game controllers as mini joysticks in a pair.
The stick of the joystick moves generally four directions such as left right forward and backward.
Joystick device has a stand to provide stability.
Most of the joystick devices are wired.
In the latest products of joystick devices in the market available are Bluetooth joystick devices which are known as wireless joystick devices.
